This model of letter scale can be found with and without a trademark. The trademarks are for instance Hema, Lama and Ronia. Mostly the name is pressed out on the ornamental cover of the pendulum weight. Also the addition: "made in GDR" can be found there sometimes. The scale has a turn-over counterweight. The ranges are 50 and 250 grams. The frame is made by folding and pressing a steel plate. The plate is solid and has a handy raised edge.
