This letter scale was a promotional article of the well-known Berkel weighing machines. It was produced in the period late fifties - late eighties. An attractive feature is one side has a 100 grams scale and the other side has a scale of 4 ounces. The letter clip is "Made in England" and has the US patent number 2,863,993.
