This is a letter mail weight limit meter from Germany. It says PORTO-FIX. The weight limit is 20 grams. There is also D.R.G.M. That is the abbreviation for Deutsches Reich Gebrauchs Muster. I haven't found that patent yet. It is a foldable scale. The folded length is 115 millimeters. The thickness measurements are 9 x 8 millimeters.
